- Guatemala is part of the CA-4 agreement (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua): the 90-day allowance is shared across all four countries combined.
- Passport should be valid at least 6 months; carry proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds. Stays can be extended once at IGM in Guatemala City (180 days total max).
