- GCC citizens (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) do not need a visa to enter the UAE.
- Many other nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival — for 30 days (with a 10-day grace period) or for 90 days, depending on the passport held; the rest must apply for an entry permit or visa in advance.
- Indian passport holders who hold a valid US visit visa, US green card, or UK/EU residence permit (valid at least six months from arrival) can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 14 days.
- Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE.
- Entry permits/visas are arranged through official channels — the Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship (ICP), GDRFA Dubai, or a sponsoring airline or hotel. Check the current eligible-nationality list on u.ae; no visa fee is published on this page.
